So Justus and I got home from dinner last night with my parents and watched the "depressing" end of the Jazz game. Then nothing was on that we wanted to watch, so I turned on the Colbert Report which is amusing sometimes. Well it made us laugh more than once last night. I think our favorite part was when he called the new year '010- you know how it was '07, '08, '09 and now '010... even though its not really...

Hey I was reading about your charlie horses!!! Ha ha I have them so so bad with Dax and my dr told me that if you try to eat like 2 bananas a day it would help...... Well it really did! I still got them but they we shorter and less intense! Hey its worth a shot!
