So, as many of you are wondering...we still aren't into our house. We've had two offers on our condo fall through and we are currently under contract with a new buyer, and should know by Thursday or Friday of this week if its going to work. We obviously hope it works! But again, with the underwriters and all that stuff behind the scenes, you never know! We aren't holding our breath, but maybe 3rd time is the charm?! This sale should close very fast if it all goes through, so we could be into the house hopefully by mid-May! I will keep you all posted on whats happening and then you all can come see the house if all goes well!!! Keep your fingers crossed!
