Well, here we are again... we are now within the last week of the sale of the condo, we are scheduled to close on the condo and the house next week!! Yay! Lets hope it finally goes thru! Remember, we are going to have an open house to celebrate us finally being in the new house so make sure you shoot me your address so I can send you an invitation. I'm not going to post the information online.
