So....after we reduced the price of the condo we didn't immediately get any showings. But, last week we had 5 in one week! So, thats awesome...too bad we haven't heard any feed back from 4 of them so we are still just waiting to see what will happen. I keep it optimistic so I'm not stressing....I'm just hoping people are just getting their finances in order so they can make an offer! We shall see....I'll keep you updated if anything finally happens. But, we think with the new price we can hopefully get it sold in the next month. Cross your fingers right?!
